Joyful Living Art
My art career started later in life although my earlier years were spent at a sewing machine and not at an easel. I have to say I am self taught but I don’t like that title. I have had plenty of wonderful teachers along the way who have helped shape my work. I am an encaustic and acrylic artist who does some figurative work but mostly non-representational. I just love having fun with new and different ways of working these two mediums. My goal is to produce a piece that sparks joy.

Giving and Receiving
I love that I was paired with a food bank. I know from experience how quick our lives can change and how we can all need help when we least expect it. Living in a community that meets needs and supports its people is the dream and I am thrilled to be able to highlight this need and lend my voice to those reminding us that need is universal and help should be quick and abundant.
