Kevin Allan Hess, Artist

My name is Kevin Allan Hess. I am Bearfoot Onondaga of Six Nations. I am an Indigenous artist, actor and musician. I was born in Burlington and grew up in Waterdown. I have been an artist all my life. I have artwork on the wall of the Flamborough Centre School from when I was 13-years old that is still there today. I love to draw, paint, and wood burn. I have artwork displayed in Ontario in various places.

You can contact Kevin at Wolf_clan1@hotmail.com or by Facebook Messenger

Smokey Hollow Falls

I have painted Smokey Hollow Falls. I used to go there and play in the trails as a child with my dog and sit and watch the waterfall. I have great memories by the falls from my childhood. I continue to bring my children and wife there every year to view the beauty of the trails and the waterfall. I am excited to share my vision of the falls, painted on the chair, for everyone to enjoy. Smokey Hollow Falls remains a very popular place and a tourist attraction to the public today.

This Chair Hosted by the Waterdown Village Business Improvement Area (BIA)

Waterdown Village is a thriving business community where the charm of yesteryear meets youthful modern energy and personal attention is a defining trademark. The BIA works with its members to create a vibrant and engaging downtown that brings people in to shop, relax, dine and more. We love our location adjacent to Smokey Hollow (the historical hub of this commercial area) and are excited to display Kevin’s chair in support of the Flamborough Food Bank.
