A Run For Chris 2025

This will be the 4th annual 5km run/walk in memory of Chris Owens. Net proceeds from this event will support the work of the Youth Wellness Centre at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (YWC).
DATE: Sunday, August 17th, 2025
TIME: 11 a.m. race time with food, entertainment and information to follow
LOCATION: Joe Sams Leisure Park, Waterdown
REGISTRATION FEE: $35 (includes a Run for Chris T-shirt)

Participants are encouraged to fundraise as part of their participation in the event to help ensure young people have access to the mental health and substance use care they may need.
