The 9th season of the Waterdown Farmers’ Market kicks off with special activities to mark ‘Seeds of the Future’ – the start of the local growing season.
Stock up. Say hello to vendors eager to share seedlings and advice that will help you get your gardens started. The Flamborough Horticultural Society will also be there, sharing cuttings and perennial splittings as part of their Annual Spring Plant Sale. It’s the perfect opportunity to get growing tips from the experts – farmers and gardeners.
Waterdown Village is the place to be Saturday mornings when local farmers and small batch producers gather weekly to share the fruits of their labour. The Market features fresh-from-the-farm produce, meats, baked goods, VQA Ontario-grown wines and more! Enjoy a leisurely start to your day connecting with vendors and supporting our local agricultural industry.
The Waterdown Farmers’ Market is hosted by the merchants of Waterdown Village. It takes place- rain or shine – in the front parking lot of the Waterdown Legion. Ample parking in the rear.
