June 24 marked the beginning of Self-Care Month, a global initiative culminating on International Self-Care Day July 24 – a powerful reminder that self-care is a 24/7 endeavour.

  • Heritage Trail & Niagara Escarpment: Get outdoors by walking or cycling along the scenic escarpment and Grindstone Creek.

  • Memorial Park and Joe Sams Leisure Park: Offer year round ways to get active including skate parks, baseball diamonds, and even a skating loop in the winter.
