USER SERVICE TERMS The following describes the terms under which waterdownvillage.com (“Waterdown Village”, “Waterdown BIA”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as appropriate) offers you access to its Services (as hereinafter defined).

Introduction
By accessing and using the Services on the Waterdown BIA website located at www.waterdownvillage.com (“Services”), you are agreeing to the following terms. Before you may become a user of Waterdown BIA website, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this posting policy (“Posting Policy”).
Content Licence from You

Other than the limited licence set forth in para. 2, Waterdown BIA acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you (or your licensors) under this Posting Policy in or to any advertisement banner or Content that you submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in any advertisement banner or in that Content (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that Waterdown BIA has no obligation to do so on your behalf.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Waterdown BIA, our affiliates and licensors (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, partners and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach or violation of this Posting Policy, of any Content which you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Services, your use of the Services, your connection to the Services, or your violation of any rights of another or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Privacy
We use your information only as described in the Waterdown BIA Privacy Policy located on this page, which is part of and is hereby incorporated into this Posting Policy. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used in the way referred to in our Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

The Services may provide links to other websites or content. Waterdown BIA has no control over such third party’s websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that Waterdown BIA is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Waterdown BIA is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources.
Law and Forum for Disputes
The laws of the Province of Ontario shall apply to the interpretation of this Posting Policy notwithstanding any conflict of law provisions. All proceedings relating to the Services or to this Posting Policy shall be brought before the courts of the Province of Ontario.
Changes to the Posting Policy
This Posting Policy is effective on March 1, 2022. Waterdown BIA may make changes to the Posting Policy from time to time. When these changes are made, Waterdown BIA will make a new copy of the Posting Policy and make it available to all users by posting it on our website and all amended terms shall automatically be effective as the date they are posted. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after such date, Waterdown BIA will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Posting Policy.
Severability
The provisions of this Posting Policy are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of this Posting Policy shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any applicable jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction.

Language
